Is this a replacement for Wave or FreshBooks?
No. Use those for accounting if you want. DueKit is the chase: what to send, when, and how to document it.
Is the demand letter legal advice?
No. It is a sample letter for a common freelance situation. Laws vary. If the amount is large or disputed, talk to a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
Do you store my invoice?
The generator runs in your browser (localStorage). After you pay, Stripe knows you paid. We do not sell a list of your clients.
Refunds
Digital download. If the files did not unlock, email the Stripe receipt and we will fix it. If you simply changed your mind after downloading, we generally do not refund, same as most digital products.
